Tokyo Shiba Tofuya UKAI
In about 6,600-squaremeter site at the foot of Tokyo Tower, you can enjoy kaiseki-ryori, a traditional Japanese full-course banquet meal, with home-made tofu and seasonal fresh vegetables, looking over a beautiful Japanese garden all year round. With the concept of “on passing through the noren curtains, you’ll come to Edo,” you can indulge yourself in extraordinary Edo atmosphere. Tofu is made from specially selected water and domestic soybeans. There is a shop where you can buy souvenirs as a gift for someone special or to enjoy at home.
