Area MICE Support Program
What is the Area MICE Support Program?
It is a program that provides additional support services for organizers of MICE events that take place at multiple venues within the designated area. DMO SHIBA, Tokyo Bay covers the cost of these services to enhance the satisfaction of both organizers and participants.
Requirements for Delivering the Area MICE Support Program
An event must satisfy all of the following requirements, or be considered to be an area MICE event by the administrative office:
- Use of at least two facilities operated by DMO SHIBA, Tokyo Bay members, including one accommodation facility
- At least 50 participants in total, including at least 20 overnight guests
- Including participants from at least one country other than Japan
- Agree to be featured as a case with DMO SHIBA, Tokyo Bay support for promotional purposes. (For Meetings and Incentive Travel events, it may be possible to withhold the company name upon consultation.)
